About the Event

The Rhode Island Association of Conservation Districts will host the 2027 National Association of Conservation Districts Northeast Region Meeting!

This annual meeting brings together a wide range of environmental professionals – conservation staff, state and federal agencies, farmers, private industry, non-profit organizations, and research institutions from Rhode Island and beyond.

The 2027 theme is “Woods, Working Lands, and Living Waters.” The environmental landscape of the Northeast region is extremely diverse – agriculture, forestry, coastal resources, and more are all on the front lines of conservation for our attendees.

About the Northeast Region

NACD’s Northeast Region covers 12 states including Connecticut, Delaware, Maine, Maryland, Massachusetts, New Hampshire, New Jersey, New York, Pennsylvania, Rhode Island, Vermont, and West Virginia – plus the District of Columbia.
